Our popular periods for most holiday makers are the Winter and Summer months for all the skiing and summer activities that are on offer, however we have 2 other seasons which are really quite special.
Spring and Autumn offer fantastic holiday times for those who simply want to explore the region on bikes and foot, or just to breath in the mountain air while soaking up the views.
Spring temperatures can be mixed with the odd surprise snowfall but we start to get longer days and some beautiful sunshine. Autumn often sees warm and sometimes very hot weather and we’d recommend the area if you want to avoid the peak season hustle and bustle. You will find the tourist towns of Morzine and Les Gets much calmer with less shops and reduced restaurants open however there is still a lovely atmosphere and with local weekly markets.
